Frequently Asked Questions
What do I get with VIP?
Everything: unlimited energy, no ads, custom profile photos & backgrounds (animated GIFs included), 2× XP & Coins, VIP daily rewards, private lobbies up to 4 players, the premium lobby glow, Quick Chat, accuracy stats and custom color themes.
How does the 3-day free trial work?
The monthly plan starts with 3 days free. You get every VIP perk right away and pay nothing today. If you keep VIP, you're billed €2.99/month when the trial ends. Cancel before that from your subscription page and you won't be charged anything. We send you a reminder the day before your trial ends.
Who can get the free trial?
Every player who has never had a VIP subscription. One free trial per player: per account, per email address and per card. The trial is for the monthly plan; the annual plan is paid directly at its discounted price. VIP won for free (Weekly Challenge, codes, rewards) doesn't count, so you can still try VIP afterwards.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel at any time from your account. You'll keep access until the end of the current period. Annual subscriptions can also be canceled and will remain active until the end of the year.
Is the payment secure?
Yes. We use Stripe for payments with industry-standard encryption. Your card details never touch our servers.
What about refunds?
You are protected by our 14-day refund policy. See all details on our refund policy page.
Why choose the Annual plan?
Same VIP, lower price: €19.99/year instead of €35.88, that's €1.67/month, 44% cheaper. You pay once and enjoy VIP for a full year.
